Massage is a muscle manipulation that stimulates circulation, reduces stress, relieves stiffness and soothes the body.

Our Massage Services include:
Swedish Massage: The classic European Massage. The therapist, using massage oil, manipulates muscles with a variety of strokes. Used to stimulate circulation, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and promote relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage: Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep Tissue Massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish Massage but will generally be more intense.
Sports Massage: Sports Massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports Massage uses many of the same movements of Swedish Massage but this type includes stretching and a more vigorous massage.
Hot Stone Massage: Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.
Aromatherapy Massage: Aromatherapy uses essential oils from plants to heal, alleviate pain and regulate mood. The therapist can use up to five oils in a mixture, and chooses the oils based on what you need.
